What we offer

We do surveys. From start to finish. We project manage the whole process. From picking the best questions to measure engagement specifically for your business, to deep data analysis, to insightful reporting, and realistic action-based consultancy afterwards.

We use a professional survey platform geared for data analytics. Also, we are always there for you on the other end of the phone when you have questions.

We help our clients with annual engagement surveys, as well as with more frequent and shorter Pulse surveys.

First time research

Once we understand your business thoroughly, we will help you to determine the best research method. You might need a deep engagement survey to scan wide and establish where your staff are in multiple engagement related areas. Or you might start with three question length monthly Pulse surveys to ease your colleagues into giving the feedback.

Building on what you already have

Have you done a survey in the past? If so, we can build on that. We will make sure you’re asking the right questions and track changes where possible. We will maintain all the best practices you already have established and only add new ones where necessary.
