My Story
I am obsessed with people and what makes them tick. This drive led me to become a business psychologist (against my family's wishes) and later on to settle in employee engagement research.

It has become a norm for us to complain about our jobs, saying how much we hate it there. It’s often followed by anecdote situations of using work time to apply for new jobs or doing one’s laundry while on Zoom calls. It's a lose-lose situation costing businesses billions of pounds lost in productivity each year.

It doesn’t have to be this way. I have spent almost a decade working with businesses helping them engage their colleagues. Barclays, HSBS, Aviva, NHS, BP and my other past clients found that engaging their staff made a huge positive difference to their business. So much so, that now employee engagement score is a common KPI for the leaders of a company.

I’m passionate about my clients’ staff. So when I analyse your data, I look deep and wide to find what really is happening (or not happening). Then I put it all into highly visual, easy to understand and action on reporting. Because thick, tables and dry text heavy reports serve best for academia, not busy businesses.
